Montmorency Tart Cherry Spritzer Ingredients - 1 cup frozen Montmorency tart cherries thawed
- 2 tablespoons 100% Montmorency tart cherry Concentrate
- 8 teaspoons superfine white sugar
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
- 3 cups wild cherry-flavored sparkling water
- Optional: fresh lime for garnish
- Pebble or crushed ice
Directions - Set out 4 glasses.
- Divide the cherries evenly among the glasses.
- Add in 1/2 tablespoon Montmorency tart cherry Concentrate, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves into each glass.
- Mash everything together with the back of a wooden spoon.
- Fill up the glasses with pebble or crushed ice and then fill to the top with the cherry-flavored sparking water. (Divide the sparkling water evenly among the four glasses).
- If desired garnish with additional mint leaves and a sliced lime.

- 2 tablespoons cashew halves
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, to taste

- 2 to 3 tablespoons dried Montmorency tart cherries
- 2 to 3 dried apricots
- 2 tablespoons pepitas
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions - In a small, dry skillet over medium heat, toast the almonds and cashews until browned and fragrant, stirring often, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Mix the Greek yogurt with the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Roughly chop the cherries and apricots.
- Place the yogurt in a bowl, then sprinkle with all toppings (get creative!).
| Skillet-Braised Cherry-Kimchi Chicken Ingredients - 4 slices bacon, cut crosswise into ¼-inch strips
- 4 bone-in chicken drumsticks
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Montmorency tart cherry juice
- 1 cup mild kimchi, drained
- 1/2 cup dried Montmorency tart cherries
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Thinly sliced green onions, for serving
- White sesame seeds, for serving
- Prepared white or brown rice, for serving
- Baby spinach or salad greens, for serving
Directions - In large high-sided skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken skin side down in skillet and cook until skin is dark golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and cherry juice. Boil 2 minutes, scraping up browned bits on bottom.
- Reduce heat to medium; stir in kimchi, dried cherries, soy sauce and sriracha. Nestle chicken, skin side up, and bacon, into kimchi mixture.
| Cherry Chocolate Chip Protein Bites Ingredients - 1/4 to 1/2 cup dried Montmorency tart cherries, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- 1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions - Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. (A small cookie dough scoop works perfectly!)
- Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
