How Do They Work

Based on ancient Chinese medicine, the Nei-Guan (P6) point is located between 2 tendons on the inside of your arm.

Steady pressure on these points triggers the pressure point reducing or stopping the feeling of nausea.

How to Use the Motion Sickness Wrist Bands

For best results wear these wrist bands before your journey begins.

You must wear both wrist bands at the same time for them to be effective.


Step 1. Find the first wrist crease Find the first wrist crease below your palm.	Step 2. Find the Nei-Guan acupoint Place your three middle fingers under the first wrist crease. Nei-Guan acupoint is just below your index finger and in the middle of the 2 tendons (Clenching your fist, you can see 2 tendons in the middle of your wrist. If you can't find two tendons, you can take the midpoint of the wrist directly. The middle of the two tendons is the midpoint of the wrist.). Mark the precise position with your nails.	Step 3. Adjust the position of the band Wear the band, the pointy part of the button faces your skin. Adjust the tension of wristband and the position of button, align the marked acupoint accurately.	Step 4. Press at least 2 minutes Repeat the same process on the other wrist and press the button for 2-5 minutes. Two bands, one for each wrist will be more effective. You can wear it all the time until you do not feel nauseous anymore.

Warm Notes:

Acupoint Positioning---Nausea can only be relieved when you massage the exact Nei-Guan acupoint. If you find an obvious PAIN POINT nearby, it should be the right point.

Tightness is Needed---The wristbands will FEEL TIGHT which is needed in order to pressurize and activate the acupoint.
