Simpurity Transparent Silicone Film wound dressings provide a waterproof barrier to external contaminants. It is permeable to air and moisture vapor for faster wound healing. Gentle to remove from sensitive skin areas, can be changed without pain or damage to the skin. Sterile and latex free.

SPECIAL INDICATIONS - This transparent waterproof dressing is recommended for protecting feeding tubes, I.V. and catheter sites, skin tears, surgical wounds and pressure ulcers. It can also be applied as a protective covering on burns of the first degree—and cover an eye socket during surgery. HOW TO USE - To apply the wound dressing, clean the wound with a sterile cleanser or saline water and dry the surrounding skin. Remove the back liners from your chosen dressing and place it on top of the cleaned injury. PROVIDES MOIST HEALING - These adhesive wound dressing pads are transparent film that keeps wounds moist, but not in an amount that would inhibit healing. They are best used on shallow cuts with little to no discharge of bodily fluids. EASY TO REMOVE - The transparent wound dressing is suitable for sensitive and delicate skin, making it ideal for post-operative care. It can be removed easily without damage to the skin during changing. PROTECTIVE DRESSING - Our wound pad provides a waterproof barrier and protects a wound from outside contaminants. It's made with silicone adhesive, which is breathable and gentle on the skin. It also contains no latex or other allergens.
