How to Cook a Mae Jum Curry!


Step 1 Fry curry paste in coconut oil or vegetable oil on med/high heat to build aroma	Step 2 Add the creamy layer of coconut milk to the pan and bring to a light boil. Season with fish/soy sauce and palm sugar. Mix until well blended.	Step 3 Stir fry you favourite protein until fully coated	Step 4 Add the remaining coconut milk and your favourite vegetables. You may want to add water to thin the sauce to desired consistency. Serve hot with Thai Jasmine rice.
