Chile Lime Seasoning Blend is a pretty simple mix of California sea salt, chile pepper, red bell pepper, and lime juice. Its spicy but not too hot, and tangy but not too puckery. Rather than a finely ground powder that mixes right in to recipes, its somewhat coarse grind delivers just a bit of texture, allowing it to stand out as a condiment.
