NOTE:

1.The initial brightness of the display is 50% in the USB-C 1-line connection mode, if you want to adjust the brightness and volume to more than 50%, please make sure that an external power supply of 5V/2.0A or above is connected, Operation via the menu keys on the monitor.

2.Most laptops/mobile phones with USB-C full-featured interface can use Tpsmtdis monitors, but not all, please check if the Type-C ports of your laptop and mobile phone are compatible with audio and video signals.

3.If there is no external power supply, the mobile phone will supply power to the display, please ensure that the mobile phone has enough power supply, if there is no signal, please plug in the external power supply (5V/2.0A), the external power supply must be connected in HDMI connection mode.

4.Phones without a full-featured Type C port require an adapter to connect. (IOS devices need a Lightning to HDMI adapter)

5.The bluetooth keyboard and mouse require a bluetooth connection from the phone/laptop. It can also be connected via the OTG port, make sure the device has a USB-C port.

6.The ultra-thin monitor doesn't have a battery, so can't remember settings, but it's quick and easy to set up.

7.The smart cover can protect the screen very well. Please use the smart cover when you go out.

8.When connecting to a mobile phone, only some apps support landscape mode.

As the monitor itself is not charged, it is the same as the monitor on your home computer. It requires external power supply and external signal source to function properly. Therefore, please ensure that your device is powered on and connected to your signal source properly. Is HDMI plugged in or connected to devices such as mobile phones so that it can function properly.
