A:10-15min. or for short period such as 1 hour if need.

Very Important Tips:

Do not put the collar on dog for few days continuously, otherwise it will caused hotspots on the neck.

Q:What should ido if the training collar set don' t work?

A: 1. Check the battery power of the Remote and Receiver ,if low power, charge them.

2. Check the level, if you choose vibration mode or Strong Vibration mode,adjust to above 001.

3. Check the Receiver , if you don't turn it on, press the Power button of the Receiver.

4. Check the channel, if you choose the different channel, press up/down button to adjust

5.Repair the Remote with the Receiver.
