Stop usage and seek dental advise if you experience pain or discomfort. Not for a long-term fix. HOW TO USE: 1.Heat up some water either on kettle or microwave and put it on a glass cup or mug. Water should not be boiling and should not be heated above 62 degrees centigrade or 150 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Insert the beads into the headed water, you will need approx. 10 beads for a small tooth and between 15-20 beads for a larger tooth. The white beads will become transparent, soft and sticky. 3. Once beads become clear and stick, carefully pour the water out. 4. Shape the bead with your fingers as close to width of the replacing tooth ensure to leave extra material on the bottom. 5.Finish molding the temporary tooth directly on the tooth gap you are replacing. With your fingers bend the extra material left on the bottom towards the back of tooth and press on your real tooth on both sides of the gap. Make sure the material is smooth and thin both in front and in back where the extra material was pressed. 6. Once you are happy with the shape, careful remove the temporary tooth and put inside a cup or mug of cool/cold water to allow the bead material to fully harden into its opaque white color. 7. Slid the temporary tooth back into the gap. Ensure the tooth is secured and not loose.
