The SilverCloud MB23 device is used to measure blood pressure in the upper arm (above the elbow) and pulse. Measurements are ranked according to the WHO assessment system using a color scale. The measurement method records the vibrations of the walls of a compressed artery of a pneumatic sleeve at the passage of the blood, giving accuracy and reliability.

Storage function

The automatic storage function allows you to save 90 blood pressure values along with their date and time, giving you the safety of a good evaluation when you are presenting to a specialist doctor.

Large display

The large LCD display, with large characters, makes it easy to view the measured values. On the screen you will also see the date and time, the systolic / diastolic and pulse values. The end of the measurement process is announced with a sound.

Irregular heartbeat detection

The included sleeve is suitable for an arm circumference between 22 cm and 36 cm. The SilverCloud MB23 informs you through an animated icon when irregular heartbeat is detected. Activation by simply pressing the on / off key and automatic start of the measurement process make this type of device very easy to use. Four AA batteries (not included) or a 220V power supply (not included) are required for power.
