Don't forget to use burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers. Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. Additional Tips: The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger. Shape to desired size of burger. Method: Add 25g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat. Add 50g of Rusk. Add 50ml of cold water. Mix until combined.
