1.The first one I ordered was L....didn't fit. Reordered XL. Got it on but in 15 minutes my thumb was numb. Returned it also. I was upset that neither fit. I even tried it on my "good" arm and it wasn't comfortable. I don't think the company is aware that even "larger" sizes are needed.
Improvement: We added XXL size and also offered a clear size chart on the listing page
