Microwave on HIGH according to the instructions in the box. Times vary by microwave

To Make It A Cold Pack:

Insert clay pack into provided sleeve and place in the freezer overnight
Apply to body for 20-30 minutes and secure with provided strap
Re-freeze and re-apply as needed
IMPORTANT: Use as directed in order to avoid frost bite
