The Truffleist produces handcrafted, small-batch truffle products at our headquarters in Long Island City, Queens. We aim to offer our customers the highest quality in all our products so you can create delicious, unique dishes with truffle ingredients you know, and some you've never tried before. While our truffles are imported from countries like Italy, France and Spain, many of our base ingredients are locally sourced from small producers. Supporting New York food companies keeps our environmental footprint low and our quality high, all while encouraging small business growth and local entrepreneurship.

THE TRUFFLEIST EST. 2013

In November 2013, Jimmy Kunz began making his flagship truffle butter as a holiday gift for friends and family. The response was overwhelmingly positive and inspired him to create The Truffleist. Since starting his company he has added five additional truffle products to his line as well as creating a seasonal food popup, "Cheesesteaks by The Truffleist" in 2014.

Truffle Mustard Bauer's mustard made since 1888 in Ridgewood, Queens infused with black summer truffles from northern Italy. Contains pieces of truffles. Delicious paired with meats like bratwurst, on sandwiches, used in a vinaigrette, or any other way you use your current mustard.	Truffle Honey A beautiful wildflower honey from Tremblay Apiaries located in Van Etten, NY infused with black summer truffles from Northern Italy. Every jar contains a slice of truffle as well. Ideal for a cheeseboard, in a vinaigrette, combined with savory desserts, dripped on a goat cheese crostini, or over a fig and caramelized onion pizza.	Truffle Butter This butter is made with the same recipe as our flagship butter, but with less truffles at 6% and truffle oil added into the mix for those who enjoy a more subtle truffle flavor.	Flagship Truffle Butter This is the product that inspired the whole company two years ago. This is the most truffle concentrated product on the market at 17%. Perfect on top of a seared steak, mashed or roasted potatoes, steamed veggies, tossed in with hot pasta, on a toasted baguette, or with popcorn.
