Paprika has more vitamin C then citrus? The problem is most commonly found paprika is dried in large ovens, thus loosing most of the vitamins and additional health benefits. ?That is why our paprika is grown in our farm and is dried in the sun. The unique drying process allows the paprika to maintain all the mineral and precious vitamins.

What makes a good paprika great

For the paprika to be high quality, it has to be handled properly, suitable weather conditions and harvest timing. With our 30 years expirience in growing paprika, we know how to give it all the love it needs. ?Did you know that a high quality paprika should have lumps and should not be uniform and powdery? If you see powdered paprika in the market, most chances that anti-caking agents are used.
