Nothing in the Spice Miller's Range contains Artificial Colours or Flavours and no more than 5g of added Sugar per 100g as consumed, the Pizza Base has 2g of Simple Sugar "Dextrose" to "Feed" the Rising Yeast. The Sauce has 1.4g per 100ml when made up. So in moderation both can be consumed as part of a Slimming Plan or Calorie controlled diet.
