What made me decide to make this?

Ever since I was young, I have been obsessed with nature. Growing up in the countryside meant I spent a great deal of time outdoors, learning about the power of plants.

Unable to find any purely natural products in the stores (many market themselves as natural but check the labels and look out for the cheap padding and water (aqua)!), I took to creating my own using the plant knowledge I gained to create effective and luxurious skin care products.

Making natural products with sustainable ingredients and processes is my hobby which turned into a business.

COMFREY LEAF The old folk name for the Comfrey plant is 'Knitbone' which gives you a bit of a clue as to what this magic plant is good for. The herb applied externally can help the healing process for broken bones, fractures, bruises and sprains. The astringent and demulcent properties of Comfrey make it an excellent wound healer.	CALENDULA Calendula is a wonderful skin soother making it ideal for any skin inflammations, eczama, burns etc. Not only is it anti-inflammatory it is anti viral, anti bacterial and anti fungal. A good all rounder for almost any niggling skin irritation.	PLANTAIN LEAF Plantain is mostly associated as a stubborn weed you find on paths and driveways but it is one of the most beneficial plants you can find in plentiful supply. A natural analgesic (pain relieving), Plantain is perfect for offering relief from scrapes, bites and stings.	YARROW LEAF Yarrow is perhaps best know for its astringent qualities - in other words it helps to contract skin tissue to help ease healing and prevent bleeding. Like Plantain, this plant is often disregarded as a weed and is commonly found growing in scrub and wasteland, but is a potent wound healer not to be dismissed.

I am a strong believer in the powers of plants and create my own herbal oil infusions that make the base of my products.

I believe that simplicity is key when it comes to skin care, an effective and quality product with no more than 10 natural ingredients with no padding or water can be created; to form an active concentrated end product with desired results.
