USAGE: Simply open the packaging and remove the Heat Wrap - place it around the body at the desired place and close it with velcro. Heat Wrap heats itself up within a few minutes.

Warmers consist of 100% natural ingredients. Heat is generated by oxidation of the iron powder. After use, the heat pads can be disposed of without hesitation in regular waste (single use).

COMMENT: As with all heat products, be careful if they become too hot. Remove heat pads immediately if they are felt to be too hot. In case of sensitive skin or reduced sensation of warmth, check with your doctor whether the heat pads are suitable for use. Do not use during sleep and on children from 0 - 6 years as they may not be able to tell if it gets too warm.
