Savory Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Leg of Lamb

Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Leg of Lamb Recipe

1. ( Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 2 hours 30 Minutes )

Ingredients:

• 3 pound Leg of Lamb
• 2 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sea Salt Spice Blend
• 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
• 1 Cup Water

Place 3 pound leg of lamb in a roaster pan.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil & 2 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sea Salt Spice Blend into a paste.
3. Rub paste over the leg of lamb.
4. Pour 1 cup Water around the lamb and roast for 1 hour.
5. Remove roast from the oven, add a second 1 cup water, cover with foil.
6. Return to the oven and cook for 1 more hour.
7. Remove foil and cook for 30 minutes more.
