Savory Potato Wedges

( Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 10 Minutes )

Ingredients

Potatoes
2 Tablespoon oil
2 Tablespoons Roast Vegetables & Fries Spice Blend
Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut washed, unpeeled potatoes into thick wedges.
Toss wedges in a bowl with oil and spice blend.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Turn wedges halfway through the cooking time.
Bake for 35 minutes until golden, crisp and baked through.
Serve immediately with sour cream.
