Absolutely the Best Roasted Asparagus!

Roasted Asparagus with a French Twist

( Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 12 Minutes )

Ingredients

• 1 bunch Fresh Asparagus
• 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
• 1 Tablespoon Herbes de Provence Spice Blend

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
2. Clean and trim the asparagus. Bend each stalk until it breaks to remove the tougher end of each stalk.
3. Place the asparagus on a cooking sheet with a lip and drizzle with the olive oil.
4. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Herbes de Provence on the asparagus & toss to coat the asparagus
5. Roast for about 12 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

BONUS: Air Fryer Method

• Complete steps 2 through 4 above.
• Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes.
