Shibumi is a one-of-a-kind straight razor of the shavette type. Forged in a single curved piece, Shibumi represents the maximum expression of simplicity, rigor, balance, and manageability. The stringing on the handle of the Shibumi straight razor is handmade and firm grip throughout the shave.

How to use Shibumi

Usage: How to insert a new razor blade into the razor: Remove the removable coupling from the razor head by pushing outwards. Place the half blade on the appropriate pins of the coupling that act as a guide. Gently reinsert the coupling into the razor head.

Please note: Shibumi is a straight razor of the shavette type and features common half blades. If you wish to use a double blade, it is necessary to break the razor blade in half before inserting it into the razor as indicated below: Remove the razor blade from the packaging and, without removing it from the packaging, fold it in half from the long side. The pressure will break it into 2 equal parts.
