We've been around for a while, over 30 years, making our delicious products for you to enjoy. We started under the name 'Sussex Valley' which is exactly where we still are, located in a beautiful part of the South Downs, now named The Condiment Company to reflect our dedication and love of condiments of every kind, everything is made in small batches by our close knit team.

Always Chef lead, our company started life in a restaurant kitchen making classic mayonnaise for the clientele but it went so well we gave up the day job and started out in a small kitchen making our mayonnaise for other restaurants. Still one of our flagship products we started to sell to local farm shops and delis in jars, slowly adding some of the classic sauces and dressings we know so well to our range.

Forever in the kitchen tinkering we are always working on new and exciting recipes, using interesting new ingredients to continue to develop our craft!

After 30 years we feel like we've only just started, there's much more to come.

The Condiment Co French Dressing is our newest flavour, it has a gentle creaminess is cut with tangy lemon to give a mouthwatering finish to any salad. Serve with grilled salmon, tuna or chicken or over a classic green salad or use it as a dip with warm bread. Naturally low in sugar and gluten free.
