This sauce can also be added to a fresh batch of coriander and tomato chutney with caramelised onions. TIPS TO CREATE BBQ GLAZE & MARINADE- Add the Fruity Goan to the rub, mix well and brush over your BBQ. It will thicken your glaze while adding extra flavour to it. Add a couple of tbsp and herbs of your choice to your marinade and mix it up with some yoghurt. SCORCHED PINEAPPLE & CHILLY- When everything sweet and juicy meets chilly, the flavours are bold and unique. This sauce is the ideal, pourable, sticky bbq glaze, and marinade.
