Hot Chilli and Ginger Dressing

Good added to a chicken salad. Use to marinade strips of squid before barbecuing. Drizzle over griddled salmon fillets and serve on a bed of baby gem lettuce leaves. Serve with Greek yoghurt and spring onions. We believe the taste is one of life's good things. Food which tastes good makes life feel better. About us

Our founder, Emma Macdonald, had an obsession for food and the pursuit of taste. The passion for preparing good flavours saw her travel the world as a chef, before launching The Bay Tree. The days were humble, with Emma lovingly creating batches of Aga dried tomatoes and Cucumber Relish in her mother's kitchen. Within days of launching Fortnum and Mason and Harvey Nichols were keen to place orders and the kitchen was outgrown. Emma moved The Bay Tree to our manufacturing unit, where she continued developing ranges and exploring flavour profiles.
