Maximum oxygenation The Tetra Whisper EX filter is designed to move your aquarium’s water continuously. The outflow optimizes water oxygenation while the motor operates quietly.	Can be used in turtle tanks The Tetra Whisper EX filter can be used in turtle tanks. The water level must stay above the minimum water level line at all times, which means it needs to be within 3-4 inches of the top of the tank.

Installation Instructions


Step 1 Remove all packaging and attach strainer (and extension tubes, if necessary) so that strainer will be no closer than 2" to aquarium gravel once the system is hanging on aquarium frame.	Step 2 Hang system on aquarium frame. Be sure aquarium water is at or above the minimum water level indicated on system's motor assembly.	Step 3 Once system is properly in place, plug filtration system into outlet being sure to average a drip loop with the power cord.
