The red light of sunset has always been a natural signal that triggers sleep in humans. Dreamer reproduces this signal using wavelengths of a specific red (658 nanometres). This light is scientifically designed so as not to block the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone, which is naturally present in the body.

Dreamer is a sleep aid using light, developed in collaboration with the European Sleep Centre. It has 2 different sleeping prgrammes - guided breating and sunset mode - both using the red light (the only colour that does not inhibit the secretion of melatonin - the sleeping hormone - in contrast to blue light for example).

Breathing exercises Breathing exercises promote relaxation and reduce stress. By bringing you to a rhythm of 6 breaths per minute, Dreamer helps to reduce the flow of your thoughts and has a favourable effect on your heart rate. You are completely relaxed in a matter of minutes and you naturally flow from wakefulness to sleep.	Breathe in Breathe in when the intensity of the red light increases... Sunset Within the sunset programme, orange hues evolve to red to help you fall asleep gently. This programme lasts 20min.
