Tensor Shoulder Hot Cold Wrap

The Tensor Shoulder Hot Cold Wrap is a one-size-fits-all solution for achy muscles. This wrap offers two temperatures for different uses: soothing heat for aching muscles and stiff joints and cold therapy to help reduce swelling and relieve pain. Choose the Tensor Shoulder Hot Cold Wrap for flexible coverage on either the front or back of your shoulder and help alleviate pain and discomfort.

Instructions


Hot Use Step 1:Lay pack flat in a microwave oven on a paper towel or paper plate. Heat at full power for 20 seconds. If pack expands like a balloon: Stop heating. Pack is too hot. Let pack cool. Check for leaks.	Hot Use Step 2:Remove pack carefully from microwave oven and knead to distribute heat evenly. Check for desired temperature.	Hot Use Step 3:To reheat, place hot pack back in microwave for 15 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack again to distribute heat.	Cold Use Step 1:Store cold hot packs FLAT in freezer for at least 2 hours before use.

Applying to Shoulder


Step 1:Insert cold hot pack into pockets of Shoulder Wrap or wrap in cloth. Check for desired temperature by carefully placing covered pack against forearm. If too hot, let cool. When comfortable, apply pack to desired area. Remove pack if it becomes uncomfortable.	Step 2:Apply wrap to shoulder and secure around rib cage.	Step 3:Use detachable strap for additional support.
