CENTER BUTTON is for you to select one of 4 intensity of the relevant massage mode.

T BUTTON is to set the time of your treatment. You can schedule your treatment from 10 min to 60.

+/- BUTTON is to start and adjust the strength of your treatment.

STARTING DEVICE

Before you start, please be sure that your Tens PRO is off.

-Charge your TENS PRO for over a night / 12hrs for the first time you received.

-Snap the pad cables' outputs to the cables and put the cables to the device.

-Put the pads on your body.
