WHAT IS TENS

TENS stands for "Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation" – a safe, non-invasive, drug-free method of pain relief used by physical therapists and prescribed by doctors for over 30 years. The TENKER TENS Pain Relief System produces low-voltage pulses that when electrode pads are applied to your skin, stimulates nerve fibers to help block the pain signal to your brain. Also, it may increase natural endorphins, "the body's feel-good chemical" –a natural pain reliever.

PADS MAINTENANCE:

If your reusable TENS unit pads are no longer sticky, there are a few things you can do to keep them in good condition.

(1) Use the tens pads on dry, flat areas with no perspiration or oil. If you don't, the pads won't stick.

(2) If you wash TENS unit replacement pads under the tap, please let them dry naturally.

(3) Make sure your skin is free from any dirt, oil or lotion before you place the stim design pads.

(4) Make sure to apply both latex-free self-adhesive electrotherapy patches to your skin; if you only use one pad, it won't perform efficiently.

An electrode's lifespan might vary depending on skin condition, frequency of cleaning, and storage.

FAQ:

Q1. Why intensity can't be adjusted or turn on the device but feel nothing

A: The upgraded model tens massager has a protective function to avoid shock. Before adjusting the intensity, please make sure the lead wire is connected with the port and the pair of pads are pasted above the massage ares well, or we can't adjust intensity successfully.

Q2. Why only could use the first 1-4 modes

A: Press the 'M' button to switch between 6 main modes, press the 'Center button' to choose within built-in 4 modes of each main mode.

Q3.Why pads no sticky after several days

A: Skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will increase the

longevity of the pads and let them dry naturally . Place pads on the holder or place plastic film to keep the gel moisture after use.
