How to use:

1. Connect the pads to the wire.

2. Attach a pair of sticky pads to your body.

3. Plug the lead wires into the ports and turn the unit on.

4. Long press "M" for 4 secs to switch between the 6 main modes.

5. Press the center button to choose within the built-in 4 modes.

6. Press "-/+" to adjust the intensity level when electrodes are connected securely.

7. Long press the center button for 3 secs to lock/unlock the screen.

8. Press "T" to adjust the operating time (10 to 60 mins). TENS unit will turn off after the countdown ends.

A: Skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will prolong the lifespan of the pads. Let them dry naturally. Place pads on the holder or place the plastic film on pads to keep the gel moisture after use.
