A pre-cooked concentrated spicy paste from ground fresh spices. Cook and heat curry paste with oil, add meat, add boiling water and coconut milk and bring to quick boil. Lastly, add desiccated coconut for extra flavour. Easy to prepare in just 15 minutes. INGREDIENTS SOY Oil, Onion, Lemongrass, Galangal, Sugar, Chilli Powder (7%), Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Turmeric Leaf, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Tamarind, Fennel, Thickener: E1422, Cinnamon, Preservative: E211. DIRECTIONS Cooking Instruction (Serves 6-8): Pour in the Tean's Gourmet Paste For Rendang (Meat) and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Heat up, stir and bring to a boil Add in 1.3 kg chicken/beef/mutton meat and stir fry slowly for about 10 minutes. Pour 400 ml water and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add in 150 ml thick coconut milk and bring to a boil. Once the gravy starts thickening, add in 30 g fried desiccated coconut and stir for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
