Spray the remover onto the bondings and leave for 30 to 60 seconds. Massage the remover into the tape with your thumbs and fingers, then gently pull the two tapes apart as you would two Velcro fasteners. If the tapes still feel sticky, spray a little more remover before doing this and gently pull them apart. Comb out your hair, then shampoo and condition as usual.
