Q1: Will the device work with all dogs?

A1: Our ultrasonic dog repellents /barking deterent/ training device for all types and sizes of dogs from 6 months to 8 years. Our device is to correct the bad behavior of dogs through sound or ultrasonic. The hearing of dogs over 8 years old has begun to decline; while the auditory system of puppies under 6 months has not yet fully developed.It is important to note that approximately 3% of dogs don't respond to ultrasound due to their natural characteristics and hearing differences.This means our device is only 97% satisfied. Q2: Is this device safe for dogs?

A2: This product is designed to guide dogs to proper behavior. The initial use may be stressful for small portial of dogs, but not traumatic for all dogs. Appropriate appeasement when necessary. We do not recommend using this product on dogs that are not misbehaving. there are 6 different modes to choose,also the device will auto shut off to avoid excessive usage on dogs while 7 seconds reached.

Q3: Do you have to press and hold the button, or do you press it once and it emits the sound for a set period of time? If press and hold, does it immediately stop when the button is released?

A3: You need to hold the button to work continuously, and release the button to stop. In addition, there are visual and tactile feedback. When the green light on and the device vibrates, it means the device is working.

Q4: What do the different indication led light mean?

A4: When the battery is lower than 20%, a red light will be displayed when using any function; When the battery is lower than 5%, if you continue to use the product, the status light will flash for 5 seconds, and then auto power off; The red light will keep on when charging ; until the status light turns green, which means the device is fulled charged.

Q5: How to choose the right modes to train the dogs?

A5: There are Sound Beep/ultrasonic/ ultrasonic plus flash for selection. each one can be working for 1 second by a short press, or 2-7 seconds working by a continous press. excessive usage protection starts to protect the dogs by shut off automatically when the device keeps working for 7 seconds.
