In 1942, fire broke out in Martin Matsbo’s wax plant in Malung causing extensive damage. Martin had to start from scratch again and began to work for Børje. In consultation with chemists from Astra and researchers from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, the company started existing and “own recipe” ski waxes.

This Swix Wax Kit complete is ideal for the Nordic skier with both waxable and skate skis. Kit includes our most popular grip/hard waxes, best selling and universal F4 glide wax, base cleaner with a scraper and fiberlene towels plus a synthetic combi cork.
