Ingredients: Sugar, non-diary creamer (glucose syrup, emulsifier 471, stabiliser 340, 452, colour 150A, food conditioner 551, coconut oil), fructose, carrageenan, yam flavouring, citric acid, permitted food colouring Erythrosine E127 and Brilliant Blue E133.

Pour into moulds or small containers. Set in refrigerator. Pour in fruit bean curd pudding powder. Stir for 5 minutes. Add fruit sugar provided and mix well. Boil 3000ml (3 Liters) of water. Add 100g sugar and 400ml evaporated milk. Turn off flame after boiling. Strong flame will cause the pudding to become hard and rough. Vegetarian, serves 15. Allergen: Contains milk and maize.
