These elastic bands are using16 latex threads and 5 ends of textured 2/167 polyester yarn per spindle on the knitting cover. The elongation or stretch is around 100% (so a 20 cm length will stretch to about 40 cm).	If you expected the elastic band with long lifetime, good stretching capability, heavy-duty, great outdoor capability, then you need to choose an elastic band with latex cords inside and the latex cord quantity the more the better. Don't use the elastic rope with rubber cords (not latex cords) and small quantity.	You can test it by yourself when you get the elastic band, peel off the knitting, see how many strands of elastic cord inside, and then take one strand of elastic cord, stretch out as far as you can, if the elastic cords no breakdown, the elastic rope is great quality, otherwise, you can take your own action immediately.
