Change orginal 3MP to 4MP (2560x1440 /12.5fps(50/60HZ)),

Q: Why this onvif poe camera can’t work with your NVR?

A: 1, Some NVR only work with it’s brand security camera;2, Some NVR only support H264 format camera, please change video format of the camera to H264 first.

Q: Why the camera connect the NVR, but no video/image when view online?

A: Please change the camera’s IP address to static ip address first.

Q: How to reset the camera?

A: Please long press the reset button for 8 seconds to reset the camera.

Q: Why the camera connect BlueIris, but no video/image when view online?

A:Please change video format of the camera to H264 first, Blueiris only support H264.
