Step 1 - 1 minute Professional Activating RodsSee instructions on item as to how to properly snap the activating rod.Step 2 - 2 minutes Professional Whitening SystemUse a dry toothbrush.Step 3 - 30 seconds Whitening Pre-RinseUse a teaspoonful and swish for 30 seconds. For sensitive gums, dilute with water.Includes supersmile's shade guide, so you can track your whiter, brighter smile.Whitening toothpasteFor best results: Brush teeth thoroughly after each meal, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist. Instruct children under six about good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing. Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Under two years of age consult a dentist or a doctor before use.Whitening pre-rinseUse 1 teaspoonful (1 ml) and swish for 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Brush as usual without rinsing with water in between. Can be used 1-2 times per day or as needed. For 1st time users or those with pre-existing periodontal conditions or gum sensitivity, dilute with water.
