This includes co-op member, floral source and geographic location.	We Pull Samples from Member Honey All honey that comes to our facility is tested* for quality. We pull honey samples that go to our internal lab where we test* for certain attributes like color and moisture.	We Do More Testing* to Make Sure It Meets Our Standards Next, the honey goes to accredited third-party labs where it goes through another series of tests* that range from purity to pollen analysis.
