Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Can this be used with wireless chargers? Yes. With many wireless chargers, you will need to first remove SuckerCharms before placing it on the wireless charger. We've found that with wireless chargers that are built into cars, you do not need to remove SuckerCharms before charging.
2. Does this product work with all types of phone cases? SuckerCharms does not adhere to most silicone cases, especially matte silicone. However, it does adhere to some glossy silicone cases.
3. Does removing the SuckerCharms ruin the phone case? Removing SuckerCharms does not ruin the phone case. However, we advise you to use caution with cases that have jewels or prints on the outside of the case. During our testing with these types of cases, the print and jewels remained on the case; however, with the many different manufacturers of phone cases, we cannot ensure that some of the print or jewels will not come off with the SuckerCharms.
4. Will my SuckerCharms adhesive become less sticky overtime? Yes. The adhesion is the strongest upon first removal. If you notice that your SuckerCharms is losing its grip, you can easily restore it by washing with gentle soap and water. After washing, let it air dry for one hour. Once you have reattached the SuckerCharms to your phone, give it some time and you will see the bond become increasingly stronger.
5. Does SuckerCharms stick to all surfaces? No. It will stick to smooth, glossy-like surfaces. It will NOT stick to most walls and to some cabinets and doors.
6. Will the product’s odor dissipate? Yes. After 2 weeks of being out of the package, the smell dissipates. New packaging has been constructed to allow for air circulation.

Note: SuckerCharms is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use or failure to properly adhere the product. Always ensure both SuckerCharms and the mounting surface are clean and smooth before attaching. Make sure SuckerCharms is properly attached to the mounting surface by pressing firmly and evenly over the entire area where SuckerCharms is attached before letting go of the phone. Do not leave the phone unattended or attached to the surface for prolonged periods. Do not place the adhesive side on painted surfaces; the adhesive could lift off the paint.
