Styrian Polenta Fein is made from a special maize variety.The polenta is a pure hard semolina with a slightly reddish color, the grains are a little harder and cooked more compared to corn semolina.The short cooking time of one minute is characterized by the polenta, also called Instant Fine, and thus corresponds entirely to the zeitgeist of the fast cuisine.

Steirerkraft Polenta fein wird aus einer Spezialmaissorte hergestellt. Die Polenta ist ein reiner Hartgrieß mit leicht rötlicher Farbe, die Körner sind etwas härter und kochfester im Vergleich zu Maisgrieß.
