We are located at the on the slopes of the great Volcn de San Salvador surrounded by abundant vegetation and in the midst of the ideal climate for growing coffee. This gives us the advantage of a fertile volcanic soil rich with minerals and having many types of fruit trees around the farms, which contribute to producing a rich fruity coffee bean which we know you will enjoy! The undertaking of coffee processing We have fallen in love with the undertaking of process and selection of the best coffee and can assure that we are providing you with some of the best coffees of Latin America. Our coffee is grown and harvested at a high altitude which give it the title of a strict high-altitude coffee. On harvest day, the coffee is immediately brought to our processing plant where we shell and clean it, then put it our to dry naturally under the light of the sun. Once the coffee had dried, we remove any other imperfections following the rigorous European preparation. All this process is done so we can offer you a coffee that is 100% fresh and free of imperfections.
