Squires Kitchen Red food colouring paste/gel is a high-quality concentrated food colour which is perfect for colouring sugarpaste, icing (rolled fondant), royal icing, buttercream, marzipan, flower and modelling pastes (gum paste), cake mixes, pastry, cocktails etc. Just add a tiny drop at a time (end of cocktail stick) to build up the required colour shade. Squires Kitchen food colouring paste (also known as gel colour) is free from glycerine, which can prevent icing from setting, so they are what you need to use when complete drying is essential. They will not alter the consistency of paste or icing. Squires Kitchen Paste colours are also fully intermixable, allowing you to achieve the exact shade you want.
