Packed in resealable pouches of 100g, Sprinkletti is the perfect choice to top your cakes, bakes, cookies, doughnuts, desserts, ice creams and chocolates. Mermaid Sprinkletti is part of a range which also includes Unicorn, Magical, Candy Floss & Rainbow We are SALSA accredited. Please note - we handle the following allergens on site - Wheat, Soya, Eggs, Fish, Milk. Our aim has always been to make the widest selection of sprinkles available to the largest audience, from home bakers to bakeries, independent stores to high street shops, village bakers to commercial bakeries. The business was launched by sisters Louise Gough and Niki Thompson in 2010, sparked by our frustration at the limited choice and quantities of sprinkles on offer. From humble beginnings Ð we started with 2 shelves in the storeroom of our family bakery but demand for our products meant that it wasnÕt long before we were thrown out of the bakery (it seems we took up too much room!) and moved into a small industrial unit in Ludlow. In 2018 we moved into Sprinkles HQ with a 12,000 sq. ft building. We were able to rapidly grow, increg our range. In 2023 we will be expanding again with additional warehousing space. Perfect for our ever-growing range of sprinkles. INGREDIENTS Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, vegetable oil [coconut], dextrose, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour, rice starch, natural vanilla flavouring, colours; E100, E101, E120, E133, E153, E160a, E171, concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant. Stabilisers; Arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids. Glazing agents; carnauba wax, beeswax [with coconut oil], shellac. Icing Sugar [sugar, starch], maize starch, un-hydrogenated vegetable fat [palm], water, emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Glaze [glazing agents (shellac, acacia gum), sugar]. Milk chocolate [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min].
