Born in a U.S. surf bar as a gift to the après-sea crowd, our unique home-made sundowner soon became a ritual that brought everyone together. A drink so different, bold and unforgettable we couldn't keep it to ourselves. Say "Aloha" to Aloha 65. Here to celebrate the doers, the dreamers and those constantly looking for great times.

It's not Gin, It's not Rum. Its Aloha!

Infused with fresh pineapple, lemon, ginger, scotch bonnet chillies and carefully selected herbs and spices, our spirit contains nothing artificial. That's no mean feat. Which is why it took 65 goes to get the balance just right. That's why our sequence of infusions happen over a whole month. And it's why every time you pour Aloha, you have to give the bottle a shake. Our unique product is relatively low in alcohol at 27% abv, vegan-friendly and made for sharing.

"Aloha" isn't just a friendly greeting.

Aloha 65 Cocktails


ALOHA SOUR Ingredients: 35ml Aloha 65, 10ml velvet falernum, 10ml cherry brandy, 2 dash cherry bitters, 10ml lemon juice, Egg white Method wet and dry shake peychaud bitters hearts	ALOHA WINTER SOUR Ingredients: 50ml Aloha 65, 25ml fresh orange juice, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, Half an egg white, dash of angostura bitters. Method Shine in boston shaker and serve on the rocks with a slice of orange peel.	APPLE VELVET Ingredients: 200ml Aloha 65, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 litre of cloudy apple juice. Method Heat all the ingredients in a pan until piping hot and serve, perfect for a festive heart warming tipple.	AUTUMN PUNCH (Serves 10) Ingredients: 500ml Aloha 65, 500ml brandy, 1.5l apple juice, 100ml orange juice, Ice, Two or three cinnamon sticks, Sliced apple, Sliced orange.


ALOHA MAC Ingredients: 45ml Aloha 65, 30ml Stones ginger wine Method Build on the rocks served with orange peel. If you like, you can serve 50:50 and without ice too, but this is the way we enjoy it!	WINTER SPRITZ Ingredients: 100ml medium/dry cider, 30ml Aloha 65, 25ml martini rosso, soda. Method Build on the rocks and serve with orange peel and rosemary.	RUM BITTERS Ingredients: 30ml Aloha 65, 30ml golden rum (Mount Gay), 15ml orange juice, 10ml cherry sugar syrup, Angostura bitters. Method Make like an old-fashioned. Serve on the rocks with range peel & maraschino cherry or cranberry.	ALOHA MARY Ingredients: 50ml Aloha 65, Tomato juice, 1/2 a lemon, juice only, Worcestershire sauce, Aloha hot sauce, Pinch of celery salt, and black pepper, Lemon and celery to garnish. Method Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add Aloha, lemon juice and a few dashes of Worcester sauce then top up with tomato juice. Stir using the celery stick and season to taste with the celery salt, pepper and of course a dash or two of Aloha hot sauce.
