Aufgrund seines hohen Anteils an hautpflegenden Gadoleinsäuren ist es sehr geschätzt. Reines Jojobaöl wird von der Haut schnell aufgenommen ohne zu kriechen oder einen Fettfilm zu hinterlassen. Es dringt bis in die untersten Hautschichten vor, wo es die Entzündungsherde direkt lindern kann. Es reguliert den Feuchtigkeitshaushalt, was die Haut glatt und geschmeidig macht, kann das Bindegewebe festigen und Faltenbildung vorbeugen.
