Q. Mine is blinking red when chargingIs it defective

A. Red light will blink when charging, which is the right case when the scrubber works normally. There are some mistakes in User Guide and we have made the corrections.

Q. What do those indicators mean

A. Red light blinking means battery low/charging status. Steady green light means battery fully charged/machine on running status. Green light blinking means overload protection.

Q. I cannot turn the scrubber on after it's fully charged.

A. Please make sure that all parts of the machine are well installed, and then press and hold the ON/OFF Button for 5S to try turning it on. If it doesn't work, please tell us and we will send you a replacement.

Q. How can I use the hook to hang the scrubber onto wall

A. Step 1, attach the hook to the extension rod first. Step 2, hold to pull up to the main handle. Step 3, hang the hook onto a pole for storage.

Q. Power is not enough.
