Steps:

1. Heat oil in a large pan and scramble 1.5 cups tofu with your hands or use a fork to do it before adding it to the pan.

2. Add 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and 3/4 tsp kala namak. Mix well, so the tofu gets an even yellow color.

3) Keep it on medium high heat while stirring for about 10 minutes. Add more kala namak or spices to taste. Add in 1tsp chopped chives or cilantro to garnish. Serve warm!
