The Alafia Tomato cooking sauce is extremely versatile. It goes well with all carbohydrate dishes, from: Pasta dishes to jacket potatoes, chips, wedged potatoes, pizza toppings, it is good with bean dishes such as black eye beans, Carnelloni beans, Chilli con-carne, fish, vegetables, chicken, lamb etc INGREDIENTS chopped tomatoes in juice (40%)water, tomato puree (12%)onions, vegetable oil, Garlic,peppers,mixed peppers, vegetable buillons, spices, salt, spirit vinegar, lactid acid, modified corn starch. DIRECTIONS Pour over 1kg of meat or poultry, add 2 dessert spoonfuls of vegetable oil, some salt, stir fry for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
