A: Yes. These are real stones and crystals.
Q: Are these stones artificially colored?
A: No, the gemstones have not been colored. Only the Red Coral and Colored Shells have been dyed.
Q: Do they have holes drilled in them for jewelry?
A: No, these crystals were not created for bead jewelry.
Q: Are the Jars Glass or Plastic?
A: Glass. This is why we packaged them up so well in the fancy blue box!
Q: How big are the crystals?
A: They are generally very small.
Q: How big are the bottles?
A: Very Small ~ 1.18 X 0.7 inches
Q: Can they be used in candles?
A: Yes absolutely.
Q: Are the bottles labeled?
A: Yes
Q: I love the set but 1 bottle was broken. What should I do instead of returning the whole set?
A: No worries! Reach out to Maeve's Cave directly through the Amazon system or send us a DM on social media. We stand by our products and will do everything we can to make it right for you. We're based out of Plano, TX and are super friendly.
Q: Some crystal jars are not full and mislabeled. I'm not happy. What should I do?
A: We check every single bottle and box for quality and stand by the statement that your jars will be full and correctly labeled at the time we ship in to the Amazon warehouse. We find it super concerning and embarrassing that anyone would experience otherwise, especially without reaching out to us to resolve. No matter what mistakes were made in the product, big or small, Maeve's Cave has your back as our customer and will resolve the issue without hassle.
